Do you offer Carbon steel material?

We don't offer them on our website as our collaborations are with Stainless steel mills. However, we happy to suggest good value options for this or suggest alternatives.

What is the terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in bundles or coils with rods or belts, we could also pack the goods as the customers' requirement.

Can you provide the samples?

Yes, we can provide the free samples on conditions it is available in stocks, however, the transportation cost are the responsibility of the purchaser.

What is your terms of payment?

30% T/T in advance, the balance 70% before delivery or on receipt of Bill Of Lading.

How can you guarantee your products?

Every item is manufactured by certified workshops, inspected piece by piece according to international QA/QC standards.

Do you accept third-party inspection?

Yes we do, We accept third-party inspections such as SGS, V-trust, TUV, DNV. these can be organised by us, or by the client.

What is the terms of delivery?

EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP. As the customer requests

What is your delivery time?

For items in stock, we could transport the goods to loading port within 7 days after we received your deposit. For production items, it normally takes about 15 days-30 days after receiving the deposit.

Do you make custom products?

Yes, as a subsidiary of K999 Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd, we have 4 fabrication workshops, with capability to custom items or fabricate works for entire projects.
